 CROWNBIT ONLINE QUIZ COMPETITION

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. OWNERSHIP

The Crownbit Online Quiz Competition is a product of Crownbit Multipurpose Services Ltd.

2. TRANSACTIONS AND PAYMENTS

All transactions and payments relating to the quiz competition shall be made to, by, and for Crownbit Multipurpose Services Ltd.

3. FORMAT OF THE COMPETITION

The quiz competition shall be conducted as an online live show.

4. TRANSPARENCY OF RESULTS

All results shall be determined transparently based on the official online live-show entry records submitted by registered contestants.

5. REGISTRATION AND REGISTRATION CODE

Registration is mandatory for all contestants who wish to participate in the competition.

Upon successful registration, each contestant shall be issued a Registration Code.

The Registration Code must be entered before any correct answer is submitted during the live show. Any answer submitted without the contestant's valid Registration Code shall be considered void.

6. QUIZ QUESTIONS

All quiz questions shall be presented during the live online show.

7. DETERMINATION OF WINNING POSITIONS

Winning positions shall be determined based on the correctness and speed of entries submitted by contestants during the live show.

A partially correct or incorrect answer shall be considered void.

The winning positions shall be determined as follows:

a) 1st Position:

The contestant who correctly answers six (6) questions and satisfies the applicable fastest-entry requirements shall qualify for 1st position.

b) 2nd Position:

The contestant who correctly answers five (5) questions and satisfies the applicable fastest-entry requirements shall qualify for 2nd position.

c) 3rd Position:

The contestant who correctly answers four (4) questions and satisfies the applicable fastest-entry requirements shall qualify for 3rd position.

8. REQUIREMENT FOR OVERALL 1ST POSITION

If a contestant records the fastest correct answer to Question 1, that contestant must also record the fastest correct answer in five (5) other randomly selected questions to qualify for the overall 1st position.

If the contestant fails to achieve the required fastest correct entries in the five other randomly selected questions, the contestant shall not obtain the overall 1st position.

The same principle shall apply in determining the subsequent winning positions.

9. NUMBER OF QUESTIONS AND ATTEMPTS

A total of ten (10) questions shall be presented during the competition.

Contestants are free to attempt all ten (10) questions, provided that their answers are submitted correctly and within the applicable record time during the live show.

There shall be no age limit for participation.

Only one correct answer shall be accepted for each question entered by a contestant.

10. FASTEST AND CORRECT ENTRY

Winning positions shall be determined strictly by the correctness and recorded speed of entries.

Positions shall not be determined by a show of hands, random selection, or any other method outside the official online entry records.

11. MICROPHONE AND VIDEO REQUIREMENTS

All contestants' microphones must remain muted, while their video cameras must remain ON during the live show for identification purposes.

No contestant shall interrupt, disrupt, or interfere with the live-show process except when given an opportunity to participate by the designated presenter or officials.

12. OFFICIAL ANSWER SUBMISSION PLATFORM

All correct answers must be submitted through the official designated live presentation/answer-entry platform.

Any answer submitted through any other platform or channel shall be considered void.

13. ACCESSIBILITY OF ENTRY RECORDS

All official entry records shall be maintained transparently and, where applicable, made accessible to contestants, participants and the general public for verification and perusal.

14. RECORD TIME

The fastest correct answers shall be determined based on the official recorded time of each entry during the live show.

15. VALIDITY OF ENTRIES WITHIN THE RECORD TIME

All answers must be submitted within the applicable record time provided for each question.

Note: Crownbit Multipurpose Services Ltd. does not have control over individual participants' internet connections, network conditions, device performance, or the speed at which answers are transmitted.

16. ENTRIES OUTSIDE THE RECORD TIME

Any correct or incorrect answer submitted before or after the applicable record time, where such timing makes the entry invalid under the competition procedure, shall be considered void.

17. CONTACTING WINNERS

Winners shall be contacted using the personal contact details submitted during their registration.

18. PRIVACY OF PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

All personal data and information submitted by contestants shall be treated as private and confidential, except where disclosure is necessary for the announcement or identification of winners or as otherwise permitted or required under applicable terms and law.

19. QUIZ CATEGORIES

The ten (10) questions shall cover:

- General Knowledge

- Current Affairs

- Sports

The questions shall be divided into two groups, with each question selected at random in accordance with the competition format.

20. LOSS OF POSITION AND ELEVATION OF WINNING POSITIONS

If the contestant who records the fastest correct answer to Question 1 fails to satisfy the requirements for the overall 1st position by failing to record the required fastest correct answers in the five other randomly selected questions, the next eligible contestant with the second-fastest correct entry for Question 1 shall be considered for the position.

The same principle shall apply to subsequent positions.

Accordingly, eligible contestants may move up or lose a position based on their performance across the required randomly selected questions and the official recorded entry times.

This principle shall apply throughout the determination of the winning positions.

21. PRIZES

For this edition of the Crownbit Online Quiz Competition, the prizes shall be:

1st Position — ₦100,000

2nd Position — ₦50,000

3rd Position — ₦20,000

Prizes shall be awarded to contestants who satisfy all applicable competition requirements and qualify for the respective winning positions.

22. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

By registering for and participating in the Crownbit Online Quiz Competition, each contestant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to abide by these Rules and Regulations, as well as any additional instructions communicated officially before or during the competition.
